No Refunds on Custom Orders
Because each piece is made to order with care and intention, we operate under a strict no-refund policy. Once an order is confirmed and the deposit received, the item is considered sold and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.

Exception: Incorrect Item Received
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will honor a full refund. Please notify us within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 30 days of confirmation.
