Delivery Within Nairobi
We offer direct deliveries within Nairobi. Due to the high value and care required for each order, delivery charges range from KES 500 to KES 2000, depending on your location within the city.

Delivery Across Kenya
For orders outside Nairobi, we use Fargo Courier to ensure safe and traceable delivery. Charges vary according to location and Fargo’s current rate card.

Worldwide Delivery
We deliver internationally at a flat shipping fee of USD 100. If your item exceeds 0.5 kg, additional costs may apply. All global shipments are packed with security and care.

Delays Beyond Our Control
Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, floods, or power outages may cause delays. If this happens, we’ll update you promptly and keep communication open until your order is delivered.
