Placing Your Order
To begin crafting your piece, we require a 70% deposit of the total amount. The remaining balance is paid upon delivery. Orders are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Made Just for You
We do not carry ready-made inventory. Every Hatatian piece is made to order, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and personal attention.

Speaking with Our Jeweler
If you’d like to consult with our jeweler directly, kindly book your appointment using the link on our page. We ask that all bookings be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointment Details & Timing
Once your appointment is scheduled, we’ll confirm availability and provide all necessary details. Sessions are one hour long. Additional time beyond this will be charged at KES 1500 (or USD 15) per hour.

Optional Jewelry Insurance
For added peace of mind, clients may insure their pieces. Insurance costs are the responsibility of the client and will vary depending on the item’s value.

Sharing Our Craft
We’re proud to showcase our work. Any piece we create — including custom orders — may be featured on our website, social media, or other visual platforms.

Creative Rights & Design Reuse
While we honor personal stories, our designs may be adapted or recreated for others. This allows us to offer beauty and meaning to a wider community, while respecting the originality of each request.
